Research funding

GACD members collectively manage over 80% of all public health research funding.

Together our members aim to foster collaboration and coordination of research programmes by agreeing on joint research priorities and funding world-class research. GACD members issue joint calls for proposals on a regular basis on topics in our strategic focus areas.

All research projects that are part of GACD research programmes receive their funding from the GACD member organisations that are participating in each respective programme.
