Since 2011, the GACD has invested over $415 million USD in Implementation Science Research across ten funding calls.
Initially, the GACD hosted research calls focused on the five major NCDs – hypertension, lung diseases, diabetes, mental health conditions and cancer:

Since 2021, the frequency of funding calls has increased and the issues tackled have been more complex, holistic approaches:
