Australia’s NHMRC (National Health & Medical Research Council) announce funding of four extensive projects into mental health conditions.
The Global Alliance for Chronic Diseases is pleased to welcome Australia’s new awardees to the mental health programme. Research will be taking place in four areas, from mental health first aid , SMART mental health referral systems in India, to CBT with indigenous communities in Australia, and scaling up community based alcohol projects in Sri Lanka.
